Service Description
Every meaningful transformation begins with reflection—and that’s where EXECIQ coaching starts. This personalized Discovery Session is the first step in your coaching journey. It’s a guided, in-depth conversation designed to help you step back, take stock, and articulate what you want to create, lead, or shift—both in your leadership and in your organization. This is not an intake. It’s a strategic reflection, built to surface insight and establish a strong foundation for your coaching experience. What to Expect: • A 60 minute private coaching session • A guided process to explore your current leadership context, challenges, and aspirations • Strategic reflection prompts to identify blind spots, opportunities, and intentions • Space to name what matters most—and define what success truly looks like • A high-level coaching roadmap, built collaboratively, to clarify next steps You’ll leave with more than a plan—you’ll leave with a clearer mind, renewed focus, and a deeper sense of what’s possible, including: • Clarity on where you are—and where you’re headed • Deeper self-awareness as a foundation for growth • Strategic grounding for future coaching sessions • Alignment between your goals and EXECIQ’s personalized coaching approach • Confidence in your decision to invest in executive development Let’s Map the Path Forward!
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling and Expiration All coaching sessions must be scheduled within 6 months of the initial package purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are encouraged to book sessions in advance to ensure availability. Cancellation and Rescheduling We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least a 24-hour notice . - Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will be considered a missed session and deducted from your package total. - For no-shows or late arrivals beyond 15 minutes, the session will be considered forfeited. - Exceptions for emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis with professionalism and compassion. Package Transfers or Pauses Coaching packages are designed for an individual or team and are non-transferable. If you anticipate needing to pause your package due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out—EXECIQ offers one-time holds (up to 30 days) on active packages when requested in advance. Refund Policy Coaching packages are non-refundable once sessions have begun. Unused packages that have not been initiated may be eligible for a partial refund (less an administrative fee of 10%) if requested within 14 days of purchase. Session Conduct and Expectations EXECIQ coaching sessions are confidential, judgment-free, and goal-oriented. To get the most from your investment, we ask that you: - Complete any reflection exercises or prep materials in advance - Arrive on time and free from distractions - Be open, honest, and coachable We are committed to delivering transformational value, and your satisfaction is a top priority.
