For over 30 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology, leadership, and transformation—most notably during my long-standing executive career at PepsiCo, a global leader in the consumer packaged goods industry.
I’ve led through complexity, navigated change, and built strategic partnerships in environments where transformation drove business results. I’ve been in the rooms where decisions shaped the future, and I’ve seen firsthand how powerful leadership becomes when it’s aligned, intentional, and grounded in a clear sense of purpose.
And the work that always moved me the most? It wasn’t just the systems or strategies. It was developing people—elevating leaders who, in turn, shaped culture, elevated performance, and moved organizations forward.
EXECIQ was born from that calling: To elevate leadership from tasks and titles to true transformation. To support the journey of becoming, not just the business of doing.
